Job Summary	: We are currently seeking a skilled Materials Laboratory Technician with at least 3 years of experience in the testing of construction materials to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of materials used in our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities	Conducting various laboratory tests to assess the quality of construction materials such as concrete, aggregates, and soil Analysing test results and providing accurate and timely reports to project managers and engineers Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Key Requirements	At least Malawi School Certificate of Education Those with a Diploma in Construction Technology or related field will have an added advantage At least 3 years of experience as a Materials Lab Technician Strong knowledge of construction materials testing procedures and standards Proficiency in using laboratory equipment Excellent laboratory report writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently
